Refund policy

REFUND POLICIES 

1. Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

1a. To complete your return, a proof of purchase is required.

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The original price tags & labels must also still be attached.

3. There are certain special situations where only partial refunds are issued instead.

4. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refundable.

5. Any item that is returned more than 20 days after delivery will not be refundable.

6. Due to hygiene & health & safety, we cannot accept change of mind returns on items such as underwear, swimwear, piercings, hair products, fragrances and food.

7. Buyer pays return postage fee which is not refundable.

8. Never send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

REFUNDS (if applicable):

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment and currency, within a certain amount of days.

NOTICE: You must allow at least up to 3 - 7 working days for the refund to clear and go through. This may be longer depending on your bank terms.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable):

1. If you haven’t received a refund within 7 days, first check your bank account again (funds clear during weekdays, not on weekends).

2. Then contact your credit card company or bank because some processing time is required before your refund officially clears.

3. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@ikochic.co.uk with your order number and name in the subject line.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable):

1. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. You can however exchange the item with an item of the same value or pay the difference if the exchange is of a higher value. The same return policy on the conditions of items applies for exchanges.

EXCHANGES (if applicable):

1. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or on sale. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@ikochic.co.uk or returns@ikochic.com and send your item to the return shipping address provided thereafter.

GIFTS:

1. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. This can then be used on any other items in stock (pay the difference in cost if your new item is higher than the voucher amount).

1. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of the return.

SHIPPING RETURNS:

1. To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided to you in the return request e-mail.

2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping at time of purchase, if any, will be deducted from your refund.

3. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

4. If you are shipping an item over £25, you should consider using a traceable shipping service & e-mail the tracking reference number to returns@ikochic.co.uk or returns@ikochic.com, or at least purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
